Bersama dengan para agennya, Nick mengumpulkan para superhero yang tersebar di penjuru bumi. Mereka adalah Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans) , dan Hulk (Mark Rufallo). Para superhero dengan kemampuan super yang berbeda-beda dan datang dari latar belakang yang berbeda pula.

Nick juga harus bekerja keras memutar otak untuk mengatasinya. Tak ada jalan lain selain mempersatukan mereka sebab hanya The Avengers lah yang menjadi jalan keluar melawan Loki.
